Cassandre Bechoua is the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Transforming Lives Through Nutrition initiative at Vitamin Angels. In this role, she contributes to the program’s monitoring and evaluation efforts by supporting the design of data systems, analyzing program performance, and developing tools to inform decision-making and reporting.

With over ten years of experience in international development, Cassandre has focused on developing MEL systems that support performance measurement and learning. She has had the opportunity to work across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean with organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP, and IOM, contributing to evaluations and data-informed program improvements. She holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Finance, and has completed specialized training in evaluation methodologies. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Cassandre is deeply committed to accountability, cross-cultural collaboration, and ensuring that the voices and preferences of communities help shape program design and decision-making.
