Davidson Mamboleo

As our DRC Program Coordinator, Davidson supports new grantee identification and outreach efforts and maintains communication with grantees, counterpart organizations, and other stakeholders. Since he joined VA, donations in DRC have grown rapidly from 60 grantees reaching 4 million children under 5 in the past time to 250 grantees reaching over 9 million children under 5 a year currently. As a result of Davidson’s past experience in humanitarian settings in DRC and South Sudan, he developed a strong attachment in serving vulnerable malnourished children. Feeling the involvement to help a child in need, he felt that he could make a little contribution to reduce malnutrition among children through Vitamin Angels. His favorite part of his job is when he conducts VAS+D service provision trainings to community members to help them reach hard-to-reach children in their own communities.
