Lloyd has been involved in community development work in Palawan Province in the Philippines since 1996, which has led him to be in touch with grassroots communities and key stakeholders in various municipalities of the province. He has worked for various NGOs, promoting environmental conservation and protection, fisheries productivity, family planning/reproductive health, and empowerment of women, youth, couples, fisherfolk and farmers sectors, and communities as a whole. From his most recent work experience in health programs as a Partnership Coordinator and Community Organizer, Lloyd brings knowledge and skills in implementation and reporting of program activities, as well as community engagement and advocacy. 

Lloyd is a resident of El Nido, Palawan and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Animal Husbandry. He has a firm foundation in and passion for social change through his work.
