Associate Director, Program Management

Ann Micka

Ann has over a decade of public health nutrition and program implementation experience. As Associate Director, Program Management, Ann leads and supports the program management team, helping to deliver an evidence-based package of nutrition solutions to program partners and participants. Ann also coordinates with our Supply Chain and Program Quality & Impact teams to support and inform the development and refinement of implementation strategies for nutrition intervention activities. A key element of her work is to represent and activate the involvement of the Program Management Unit internally and externally, to ensure Vitamin Angels executes its strategy and meets its annual organizational goals. 

Ann loves Vitamin Angels’ evidence-based, proactive approach to public health, which provides effective solutions to specific global nutrition challenges. Outside of work, she likes spending time with her family and playing outdoors—in particular, cycling, hiking, climbing, and backpacking.

Ann holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and A Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hartwick College.
