Brian Wood

Brian Wood is a Managing Director in the Consumer Investment Banking Group of Jefferies where he focuses on the Health, Nutrition & Wellness sector. Brian has worked in the nutritional supplement sector for over 15 years where he has advised the most active companies and investors that have led the transformation of this $150+ billion high-growth, global category. During his career, Brian has worked across a range of M&A and capital raising corporate finance advisory services with specific focus in the areas of condition-specific supplementation, plant-based products, active & sports nutrition, innovative delivery methods, manufacturing and ingredients, and DTC / practitioner distribution.  Due to his specialization, Brian has additional expertise in other related Health & Wellness categories including healthy food & beverage, natural/organic products, natural remedies, ingestible beauty and fitness. Brian received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgetown University. Brian is a member of the Board of Directors of Vitamin Angels, a non-profit organization providing life-saving and life-changing nutritional supplements to ~70 million of the most at-risk mothers and children around the world.
