Crystal brings a strong background in leadership and organizational development, with a focus on helping people and teams do their best work. As Manager of Learning & Development at Vitamin Angels, she designs and leads programs that strengthen leadership, support growth, and create more connected, effective teams across the organization.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys traveling, getting lost in a good book, and volunteering at local community events. She loves being near the water, and the beach is her favorite place to relax and recharge.
