Dev is Director of CEO & SLT Operations at Vitamin Angels. She brings experience across scientific research, global health program management, and operational leadership. Prior to Vitamin Angels, she served as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at IAVI, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to advance cross-organizational priorities and strengthen ways of working. Earlier in her career, she held roles managing scientific programs, including an National Institutes of Health–funded tuberculosis research consortium spanning the U.S. and Ethiopia.

Dev connects strategic priorities to day-to-day execution, building clear systems and strong partnerships that help teams operate effectively in dynamic environments. She is grounded, dependable, and relationship-centered in her approach, with a focus on communication, trust, and aligning leadership with the needs of the broader organization.
