Matsunginla is a tribal Ao Naga residing in Dimapur district of Nagaland, with over seven years of experience in the public health sector. She has collaborated closely with the Public Health Engineering Department, Dimapur, Govt. of Nagaland, where her role involved conducting IEC campaigns for the Jal Jeevan Mission. She has a robust background in HIV/AIDS prevention and care, having served as a Program Manager and Field Mentor for projects aimed at supporting injecting drug users. At VA, Matsunginla provides support on our implementation science activities in the state of Nagaland – specifically to improve the coverage of vitamin A supplementation among under-five children by applying an IS approach.

In her free time, Matsunginla enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and learning about diverse cultures. She also enjoys watching movies and reality shows.
