Quinn Harvey

Quinn Harvey has over a decade of experience in global health and program management. As the Director for Program Quality & Impact, she leads a team focused on applying evidence-based strategies to improve the implementation and impact of maternal, infant, and young child nutrition and micronutrient supplementation programs.

During her time at Vitamin Angels, Quinn played a key role in expanding the organization’s efforts to introduce multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS) to over 45 countries, reaching more than 5 million pregnant women annually. She contributed to the development of an implementation framework to support countries transitioning to MMS, including supporting policy changes, strengthening antenatal care services, improving adherence through behavior change strategies, and ensuring access to a reliable supply of MMS.

Quinn holds a Master’s degree in Global and International Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
