Rutchilia G. Bleus

Rutchilia obtained her Masters in International Development from the American University, School of International Service in Washington DC and has more recently obtained program-focused experience at Mercy Beyond Borders in Haiti. She speaks English, Kreyol, and French and is supporting Minaud and our programs in Haiti.
