SANTA BARBARA, CA, April 29, 2019 – Vitamin Angels is pleased to announce its partnership with the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office to provide prenatal multivitamins to pregnant inmates being released from Santa Barbara County Jail. The Vitamin Angels grant will supply inmate mothers with a six-month supply of prenatal multivitamins. Vitamin Angels is a global public health organization seeking to end malnutrition worldwide by distributing life-changing vitamins and minerals to at-risk mothers and children under five in the U.S and around the world.
