Addie leads the operational infrastructure behind Marketing and Communications at Vitamin Angels. She connects strategy to day-to-day execution through integrated planning, budgeting, and operational systems that enable the team to work proactively, collaboratively, and at scale.

In her role, Addie oversees the MarCom tech stack and workflow systems, and leads the team’s budget management and resource allocation. She also drives centralized asset management, building systems to collect, organize, and make accessible photography, video, and creative resources from across global operations. Her work extends to managing agency and vendor relationships, developing scalable processes and playbooks for cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining operational dashboards that give leadership visibility into priorities, capacity, and performance.

Before joining Vitamin Angels, Addie brought experience in healthcare operations and project management for a creative agency. Born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, she is proud to support Vitamin Angels’ life-saving and life-changing work.
