Richard Serrano III

Richard is a Registered Nurse by profession. Before joining Vitamin Angels, he managed three (3) regions in the Philippines for a decade in USAID flagship projects on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health and Nutrition; Family Planning; and Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health implemented by Research Triangle Institute (RTI) International. Richard has worked directly with the Department of Health and other health sectors in building the capacities of the health managers, service providers, and local government executives. When not at his desk, Richard is a full-time fur-dad to a very charming Shih Tzu mixed named Berry. He also enjoys walking at the park and enjoying slow mornings on weekends.
