Neha Sareen
Dr Neha Sareen is responsible for strengthening monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and creating knowledge products in support of programmatic, policy, advocacy, and development goals. She also provides support in evidence-based programming and implementation research.
She has her Ph.D. and Master’s in Public Health and Nutrition with over 11 years of experience in working with grassroots to national level organizations in varied areas of intervention including maternal, neonatal, child, and adolescent health and nutrition. She has strong experience in planning, programme design, implementation research, documentation, and monitoring and evaluation.
She has served as a Senior Consultant in Child Health & Nutrition Department with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Consultant in Maternal Nutrition with UNICEF India. Dr Sareen has also worked as a Research Scientist at the Department of Gastroenterology and Human Nutrition at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India.
Dr. Sareen has a strong academic background in nutrition epidemiology and maternal and child health. She has published more than 60 papers and contributed to various book chapters as well. When not working, Neha enjoys painting, reading, baking, and exploring new places.
